Distinguishing features

What is the difference between Filabé and make-up remover tissues? Classic make-up remover tissues clean only superficially and are most often soaked with chemical substances. Filabé cleanses pore deep when combined with water and, at the same time, it provides a gentle peeling and opens up the skin pores to facilitate the absorption of the active agents.

Filabé removes impurities and applies its natural formula onto the skin in a single step. How is it possible to remove and to apply something at the same time? The tissue absorbs solid components and simultaneously releases the active agents in liquid form. Studies have shown that the liposomes are released into the skin very quickly.

Active agents

The formula of Filabé was developed in Europe. Is it nevertheless suitable for the skin of Asian or South American women? Can it be used at all at their climatic conditions? Yes. Filabé is independent from skin type and climatic conditions.

Why are polyester and polyamide included as ingredients, although the formula of Filabé is said to be natural? Polyester and polyamide constitute the support material for the tissue; they are not agents. The active agents are contained within the liposomes which are released into the skin.

What is NPC 25? NPC 25 is the denomination for the highest grade of quality. NPC 20, for example, would mean that the agents are relatively weaker.

Application

Should Filabé be applied with some pressure or wiped over the face rather gently? Filabé should be used with gentle pressure.

Which side of Filabé shall I use? In order to achieve an effect you must use the fleecy side.

Do I have to apply moisturising cream after the application of Filabé? The gentle peeling effect will make your skin feel slightly tense, which is intended. You may continue to use your usual cream; this will not impair the effectiveness of Filabé.

Do I have to apply Filabé in each facial area for about 30 to 45 seconds, or is this the total time for the application on the entire face? The recommended 30 – 45 seconds are the total time for the application.

Is Filabé reusable? Only to a limited extent, as the liposomes are released with the first moistening; there will be no actual effect when used a second time.

Can I also remove waterproof make-up with Filabé? Filabé does not contain any chemical additives. Therefore it cannot perfectly remove waterproof make-up.

Do I have to maintain a certain interval between Filabé applications? 12 hours intervals between the applications are recommended.

Can I use Filabé to apply my usual creams? No

Will the absorbing feature of Filabé be maintained when I moist it? Filabé works exclusively when moist.

Can I damage my skin if I use the wrong side? No, but in this case you will not achieve the deep-pore effect.
